Terms and conditions for the Bamako Bampots Charity Airsoft Raffle
1. Participation in Bamako Bampots Airsoft Raffle costs £5 per raffle ticket.
2. There are no restrictions to the number of entries one person can make.
3. Monies raised by the Bamako Bampots charity Raffle will go to the work of BamakoBampots Registered Charity to help adapt equip provision and transport the landrover ambulances to Mali.
4. Payment for participation in the Raffle can be made by pay-pal, cheque, or cash.
5. Your Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw as soon as the whole payment is received.
6. If you are in the UK then you must be an "active Skirmisher" as defined by the UK VCR bill and be entitled to purchase and own an Airsoft replica
7. If you are outside the UK then you must be legally entitled to purchase and own an Airsoft replica in your own country.
8. It is the responsibility of the person purchasing the tickets to ensure that they are legally entitled to own / Purchase an Airsoft replica ( Realistic imitation Firearm)
9. At the time of the draw the winners must provide proof of legal entitlement such as UKARA number, Airsoft skirmish diary stamped by a licensed site where required, Passport or Driving License
10. If the winner cannot provide proof of entitlement and age within 14 days then a redraw will take place.
11. If the winner cannot attend the prizegiving but has provided proof of age, legal entitlement etc then we will ship the prize to the winner at cost. The winner will however be liable for any customs and/or courier charges.
12. The promoter accepts no responsibility if chosen method of payment is cancelled in error.
13. No responsibility is taken for Raffle tickets and payment lost, delayed, or damaged in the post and proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
14. Closing date for the receipt of raffle tickets and raffle ticket payment is 24th December 2009. Tickets received after this date may not be entered in the draw.
15. Any tickets received after that date, and deemed too late to be entered into the draw, will be retained, and the monies returned.
16. The Bamako Bampots Charity Airsoft Raffle draw will take place one month after all tickets are sold or on 24th December 2009 ( which ever is sooner ) at Bolton in Lancashire, UK.
17. Ten Raffle tickets will be drawn randomly. The winners will be given their choice of the prize pool in the order they were drawn
18. The result of the Raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. The tickets may not be sold to, or by a person under 18 years of age.
20. Winners will be notified by email. The winners will be invited to a special prize giving event in January in the UK
21. A list of winners will appear on the Bamako Bampots Airsoft website at www.wearthefoxhat.org.uk
